River rafting is one of those adventure sports that is forever attached with trips and tours to the parts unknown. Generally considered to be a sport, it includes three or four people getting themselves into a small boat made out of rubber or wood and floating downstream in a river with pedals equipped to every participant for the purpose of navigation. Martha Brae is a river that flows through northern Jamaica and falls into the beautiful Montego Bay. The entire course followed by the river is considered to be a star attraction of tourism in Jamaica in itself, with people renting out beautiful, long rafts made out of wood and steered by an expert helmsman who generally is referred to by everyone as the “Captain”.
